Order Processing

All orders are processed after confirmation.

• Standard Orders: Prepared and shipped after order confirmation.
• Custom Orders: Require 7–10 business days for crafting before shipment.

Our business days are Monday to Thursday. Orders are not processed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped:

• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
• Other Governorates: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or due to courier circumstances.

We currently deliver to all governorates across Egypt through our trusted shipping partners.

Once your order has been dispatched, our team will provide your shipping details so you can track your delivery.

Delivery Policy

Please note the following:

• Package inspection upon delivery is not available.
• If an order is refused or not received after shipment, the customer is responsible for the full shipping charges.
